Meat Affair cooking made easy recipe ‘Lu Rou Fan’, hearty savory goodness filled with delicious diced pork belly that melts in your mouth, the perfect dish to re-energize your family to prepare for the week ahead!
Ingredients:
Meat Affair Fresh Pork Belly – 500g (2 packets)
Unpeeled Garlic – 10 Cloves
Fried Garlic – 5 Teaspoon
Fried Shallot – 5 Teaspoon
Rock Sugar – 30g
Corn Starch – 3 Tablespoon
Light Soy Sauce – 2 Tablespoon
Dark Soy Sauce – 2 Tablespoon
Fish Sauce – 2 Tablespoon
Cooking instruction:
- DICE PORK BELLY
- FRY PORK BELLY DICE IN PAN UNTIL PORK IS COOKED
- ADD IN FRIED SHALLOT, FRIED GARLIC, GARLIC, ROCK SUGAR, DARK SOYA SAUCE, LIGHT SOYA SAUCE, FISH SAUCE AND WATER
- BRING TO BOIL
- ONCE BOIL, LOWER THE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 30-45 MINUTES
- ADD CORN FLOUR MIXTURE TO THICKEN THE MEAT SAUCE
- POUR THE MEAT SAUCE OVER A BOWL OF RICE
- READY TO SERVE
