Cooking Method

Boil 煮

Add frozen dumplings into boiled water. Stir gently and cook for approximate 6 minutes. Scoop out the dumplings and be ready to serve.

将冷冻饺子放入沸水中, 轻轻搅拌, 防止粘皮, 煮大约8-10分钟, 舀出饺子, 趁热备用.

Steam 蒸

Place the dumplings on a steamer or electric pot, spray on some water, and steam for 10 minutes.

将饺子放在蒸笼或电锅上, 饺子皮喷上少许水, 蒸15分钟即可.

Pan Fry 煎

Heat some oil and pan-fry dumplings for a minute. Pour half a cup of water, lid up, and cook for an approximate 7 minutes until water dries off.

将水饺放入煎锅中煎大约1分钟, 加入半杯水加盖, 煎大约7分钟至水干即成.

Deep Fry炸

Steam the dumplings until they are half cooked, deep fry on high heat until it turns golden brown.

将饺子蒸至7分熟, 放入热油锅中, 大火炸至表皮金黄色即可.
