What is Iberico Pork?

Iberico Pork comes from the Iberian pig breed which is native to the Iberian Peninsula, areas in Portugal and Spain.

Known as the ‘Wagyu’ of pork, Iberian pigs are semi-wild and feed on natural forest elements like acorns.

This makes their meat tender, with more fat marbling and nutty in flavour compared to other breeds.

Quantity

Take straight from frozen state and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Place srtaight into steamer and steam for 5 to 10 minutes or until cooked through. No need to defrost or thaw.
Pan fry in hot pan with some oil, once browned add abit of water to the pan and cover to steam and cook through.
