Fried Rice with Pork Chop (Recipe)

Meat Affair cooking made easy recipe ‘Fried Rice with Pork Chop', satisfying fried rice with a juicy deep-fried pork chop!
Pork Chop Ingredients:
Meat Affair Boneless Loin – 250g (1pkt)
Egg – 1
Sugar – ½ teaspoon
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Hua Diao Chiew – ½teaspoon
Sesame Oil – ½ teaspoon
Corn Starch – 1 tablespoon
Oyster Sauce – 2 teaspoon
Fried Rice Ingredients:
Cooked Rice – 460g
Spring Onion – 20g
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Light Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon
Chicken Powder – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 4
Pork Chop Cooking Instruction:
- Pound pork loin on both sides with back of chopping knife
- Marinate pork loin with hua diao chiew, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar and salt
- Chill marinated pork loin in chiller for at least 30 minutes
- Take out chilled marinated pork loin and add beaten egg, corn starch and mix thoroughly
- Coat pork loins with bread crumbs on a separate plate
- Deep fry pork loin for 4 to 5 minutes, flip pork loin in frying pan every 1 minute
- Drain oil on fried pork chop and let it rest for 5 minutes
Fried Rice Cooking Instruction:
- Add beaten eggs into cooked rice and mix well
- Chop spring onion
- Add 3 tablespoon of cooking oil into wok
- Heat up oil
- Pour eggs into wok and scramble until semi cooked
- Add rice mixed with eggs earlier into wok
- Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add chicken powder, salt and light soy sauce
- Continue stir fry and mix well for 1 minute
- Turn off stove then add chopped spring onion and mix well
