Fried Rice with Pork Chop (Recipe)

Meat Affair cooking made easy recipe ‘Fried Rice with Pork Chop', satisfying fried rice with a juicy deep-fried pork chop!

Pork Chop Ingredients:
Meat Affair Boneless Loin – 250g (1pkt)
Egg – 1

Sugar – ½ teaspoon

Salt – ¼ teaspoon

Hua Diao Chiew – ½teaspoon

Sesame Oil – ½ teaspoon

Corn Starch – 1 tablespoon

Oyster Sauce – 2 teaspoon

Fried Rice Ingredients:
Cooked Rice – 460g
Spring Onion – 20g

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Light Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon

Chicken Powder – 1 teaspoon

Egg – 4

Pork Chop Cooking Instruction:

  1. Pound pork loin on both sides with back of chopping knife
  2. Marinate pork loin with hua diao chiew, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar and salt
  3. Chill marinated pork loin in chiller for at least 30 minutes
  4. Take out chilled marinated pork loin and add beaten egg, corn starch and mix thoroughly
  5. Coat pork loins with bread crumbs on a separate plate
  6. Deep fry pork loin for 4 to 5 minutes, flip pork loin in frying pan every 1 minute
  7. Drain oil on fried pork chop and let it rest for 5 minutes

Fried Rice Cooking Instruction:

  1. Add beaten eggs into cooked rice and mix well
  2. Chop spring onion
  3. Add 3 tablespoon of cooking oil into wok
  4. Heat up oil
  5. Pour eggs into wok and scramble until semi cooked
  6. Add rice mixed with eggs earlier into wok
  7. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  8.  Add chicken powder, salt and light soy sauce
  9. Continue stir fry and mix well for 1 minute
  10. Turn off stove then add chopped spring onion and mix well
