We aim to provide quality food with good service. However, we will not be liable for any failed or missed delivery caused by your mistake. Such includes the inaccuracy or incorrect information provided to us.
Any cancellations made at least 24 hours before the indicated delivery date will be accepted free of charge. (Kindly refer to our “Refund Policy” for more information)
We are currently only able to do deliveries between 1pm to 6pm from Monday to Saturdays. However, should you have any preferred timing you may mention in the ‘remarks’ section when you check out.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we strictly do not accept any returns or refunds after the delivery has been arranged or completed.
