Shabu Shabu Meat in Singapore
Hotpot night at home is only as good as the meat on the plate. Our shabu shabu meat is sliced thin, so each piece cooks in seconds and stays soft and juicy. Browse thinly sliced beef from 1974 by Meat Affair, set up your pot, and get the table ready for family and friends. Why Thin Slices Matter for Shabu Shabu
Shabu shabu is a quick-cook dish. You hold a slice with chopsticks, swish it through simmering broth for a few seconds, then dip and eat. Thick or uneven slices stay raw in the middle or turn tough, so the cut makes all the difference. Good shabu shabu beef has three things going for it:- Thin, even slices that cook in about 5 to 10 seconds
- Light marbling that adds richness to the broth without feeling heavy
- Clean, fresh flavour that goes well with ponzu or sesame sauce
