Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh Lime & Pepper Tube
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 400 g honey soy tofu, firm, cubed
- 450 g long grain white rice, microwave sachet
- 200 g edamame, sheleld
- ¼ red cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 large carrot, shaved
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, to garnish
- 1 lime, cut to wedges (optional)
- Coriander, to garnish (optional)
Instructions

Heat oil in a frypan and add tofu. Cook on both sides until golden.

Cook rice (TIP: Microwave sachets are ready to eat within 3 minutes!)

Fluff rice with a fork. Squeeze in half a tube of AvoFresh and stir through until rice evenly covered.

Add tofu, vegetables, and extra avocado to assemble your bowl. You can use our recommended veggies, or swap them out for any of your favourites!

Sprinkle sesame seeds on bowl, and garnish with lime wedges and coriander.
